Payment information

All payments made to i2K Communication Pty Ltd (i2K) will be in AUD$ and include GST. Payment for all services can be made by cheque, direct debit or credit card (visa or mastercard). Credit card payments are secured through SSL encryption.

Refund policy

i2K provides a range of online services. i2K is committed to carrying out its services with due skill and care. If you would like a refund for a payment made through the i2K website, you should contact us immediately. In general refunds are not permitted for services that have been commenced.

Specific additional provisions apply as below:

Publishing
i2K Communication provides publishing services to a range of organisations. Where i2K provides a publishing service on behalf of an organisation, acceptance of an article for publication is subject to the editorial policy of the organisation. If an article is not accepted for publication you will be notified by email. Payment of a refund for an article which is not accepted for publication will be made as soon as practical or generally within one month of notification.

Event registrations
Refunds for event registrations are contingent upon the conditions set by the organisation or company that is hosting the event. These are advertised as applicable on the event website.
